Global financial services firm are looking for a corporate development manager. A senior role in the team.

Our client is a major international financial services group.  They operate through a significant network of brands and operating divisions, and have taken significant market share in spite of market turbulence.

They are now looking to add a Corporate Development Manager to join them, who will work on:

- driving forward non-organic growth initiatives for the group

- identification of investments and acquisitions

- working on investment appraisals 

- managing relationships with advisors

- valuations, financial modelling and document preparation

We are interested in receiving applications from people who will have a background of:

- investment bankers, probably at the Senior Associate to VP/ Director level

- corporate development professionals at the similar level

- excellent financial services experiences

- able to project manage significant parts of deals

- excellent academics
