ECM Analyst

We are currently looking for an outstanding 2nd or 3rd year analyst to join this market leading ECM team. This fantastic opportunity has arisen for a pro-active & self motivated Analyst to join this dynamic team. You will be working in this capacity here in HK and be able to demonstrate the following competencies:

• Proven deal experience in a reputable 1st or 2nd tier Corporate Finance team

• If not ECM group then part of a bulge bracket or 2nd tier IB Corporate Finance team

• Outstanding modelling and valuations skills

• Near natve fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese

• Demonstrated transactions list

• Strong execution background.
