Currently going through a period of process improvement in their back office accounting function, they are looking for a accounting professional lead this system and procedural improvement process.

Reporting directly in to the CFO, this role will initially be focused around both financial reporting - statutory and regulatory for the national business. Working across the Australian operation you will ensure that the accounting function is run in both a timely and accurate manner with a focus on the group consolidation and monthly reporting cycle.

To successful gain an interview for this role you must have professional accounting qualifications (CA or CPA) and have previous experience of working within a legal or partner based billing business. You must have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to produce documentation and also assist with any queries from other members of staff. You must also experience of managing a team and have a track record of producing results through good team management strategies.
