Job Description

• Participate in all phases of transaction execution, with responsibilities including industry research, business valuation and modeling, equity analysis, due diligence, capital structure recommendations, writing investment memos, and working with portfolio companies

Job Requirements:

• Years of experience in an Analyst programme from a top tier investment bank
• Bankers will ideally come from Private Equity, Principal Investments or Leveraged Finance, although strong M&A bankers with good exposure to Financial Sponsors deals will also be considered
• Superior financial modeling & valuation skills, strong accounting and equity analysis skills, and experience with capital structure formulation
• Ambitious, resourceful, self-directed individuals who are also team players
• MBAs are welcome provided they have worked in one of the specified areas before or after the MBA
• A proven track record in markets like Turkey, Pakistan and Middle East will be an asset
