• Sell Shariah compliant products and solutions to Top Tier corporate customers & meet agreed customer acquisition, volume targets
• Perform role as Islamic product specialist for asset, trade & liability products, as required
• Analysing customer accounts and the potential for generating increased business
• Planning the sales strategy and assessing potential sales in the deal pipeline for the assigned segment in association with Segment Head
• Visiting clients across all target market sectors in order to understand needs, and to establish or maintain/expand business relationships
• Presenting the features and benefits of the Bank’s Islamic products and services to customers in accordance with their needs and resources
• Preparing business proposals. Negotiating pricing, terms and conditions, which will result to deal closure and optimizing revenue opportunities. This would be done in association with RMs. • Providing customers with the necessary documentation and forwarding completed documentation to the implementation team
• Prepare reports on Islamic Product sales
• Ensuring that customers receive a satisfactory service through regular follow-ups
• Facilitate/resolve customer and product-related issues
