Deloitte Corporate Finance practice is unique, combining a global structure with a strong specialist presence in each major international financial centre. We advise our clients on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, strategic alliances and the raising of finance. Our professionals take the lead in initiating, developing and implementing transactions on behalf of our clients.
Job Description:
You will provide support in business analysis and advisory services on matters such as corporate and capital restructuring, privatization, take-overs, and merger & acquisitions. You will also conduct financial modeling and business valuations, pre-investment analysis, as well as the preparation of business/ financial proposals to meet out clients’ specific needs.
We are looking for highly motivated and dynamic individuals to add talent to our team of Corporate Finance Professionals:
Pre-requisites:
You should possess a business-related degree (preferably in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification) with at least 8 to 12 years of relevant experience. Candidates with a track record in mergers, acquisitions and other transactions for listed companies in Southeast Asia will be preferred.
Remuneration and level will be commensurate with your experience.
