The world’s leading electronic interdealer broker is recruiting an experienced finance professional to join its expanding Singapore team. Reporting to the head of department you will be primarily responsible for the following duties:
Preparation and review of monthly management accounts
Review of daily and weekly capital for responsible companies
Review of monthly, quarterly and annual regulatory returns
Control of the balance sheets for responsible companies
Budgeting and forecasting in accordance with the group
Management of the interim and annual statutory accounts
Ad hoc project requests and keeping up to speed with new accounting standards
The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA./ACCA), with a minimum of 5 years experience. You do not need to have previous experience within a financial institution but the ability to work within a team and independently is extremely important. You will also be a highly organized individual, who pays attention to detail and has the ability to think analytically.
