Job Responsibilities:
Manage different operations projects including Asia Pacific regional initiatives, global operations infrastructure and platform initiative
In charge of operational risk control and assessment, process re-engineering with Six Sigma
Lead the respective Operations and IT teams to go through business case evaluation, project initiation/ definition, gap analysis, testing and trail run, conversion and post-implementation support
Co-ordinate with key stakeholders for projects implementation in Asia Pacific, budget management on IT expenditure
Communicate with key business partners includes front office, finance, risk control to derive an optimal solution for the business
Contact overseas counterparts frequently
Job Requirements:
University graduate degree, in Finance or other related disciplines
At least 8 years’ project management experience with good knowledge in trade lifecycle
Solid project and people management experience with a strong business focus
Hands-on knowledge on treasury products (Foreign Exchange, Money Market, Fixed Income and Equity, Derivatives, Options and Structured Products, their market practices and inherent risks)
Effective management style with strong interpersonal skills
Excellent presentation skills in both spoken and written English
Sound computer skills including MS PowerPoint and word
Periodical travel is required
