You will lead the merchant acceptance platform for the Asia Pacific region and develop service offerings including EMV, Contactless, Small Ticket, Visa Account Updater.
You will also access the applicability of these services to Asia Pacific's key markets for our acquirers and merchants
Key Role Expectations:
Establish AP market plan relating to the introduction and successful implementation of acceptance platforms and services
Work with stakeholders to successfully implement agreed platforms and services
Develop business plan / rules / presentations for the launch of Visa Account Updater.
Form strong profitable relationships with Visa key acquirers and merchants
Manage the roll out of Cashback at POS in agreed AP markets
Sell in proposals to key cross functional internal stakeholders and senior management

This role reports to the Regional Head of Acquiring for Asia Pacific region.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
Professional
Possess a good first degree
6 to 8 years payments industry experience
Must possess detailed knowledge of EMV rules and experience in implementation and roll out of these
Must have knowledge of Contactless and Mobile payments as well as how these are rolled out
Technical
Strong knowledge of merchant and acceptance in payments industry.
Good project management skills with eye for details
