Our client, a small subsidiary of a large international bank, is currently looking to recruit a Legal and Corporate Administrator for their Luxembourg operations. The subsidiary provides private banking, fund administration and custody services for both private and corporate clients.
As a Legal and Corporate Administrator you will directly report to the Head of Fund Services and be responsible for all legal matters regarding in-house and third-party funds. This is a newly created position due to growth of the business, hence an ideal opportunity for a highly dynamic and hands-on candidate.
THE ROLE
As a Legal and Corporate Administrator you will have the following responsibilities:
In charge of all legal and corporate activities regarding the Funds and be the main contact person for all legal queries.
Set up funds (SIF, SICAR, FoHF and some Private Equity).
Draft and review all contracts and legal documents.
Liaise with legal advisors and fund promoters.
Prepare due diligence file (KYC, AML).
Prepare corporate notices and other documentation for corporate events.
THE PROFILE
University degree in Law and 3 years experience in similar field.
Fluent English, French.
Sound knowledge of funds and applicable regulations.
Excellent communication skills, well organised, flexible and self starter.
