Our client is a highly regarded and well recognised Commercial Bank with strong presence across the Gulf and parts of Europe. Due to internal promotion, we are seeking to appoint a self motivated and successful Senior Relationship Manager to take ownership and drive this dynamic business to new heights.
Reporting to the DCEO Private Bank, this opportunity will oversee the strategic development of the Private Banking Business in and across the Gulf Region. In addition your role will include the following:
- Represent the bank in fostering external relationships with key clients, authorities and the marketplace. - Proactively develop new clients and markets, through personal actions as a senior representative. - Develop and implement long term business strategy for the Private Bank. - Appoint, motivate and manage Private Banking Heads, nurturing stability and performance. - Set budget goals and action plans and manage results through review process. - Ensure highest standards, integrity and professionalism are maintained.
To be considered for this position, we are seeking a dynamic and self driven professional with a minimum of five years experience in Private Banking with previous Sales Management experience. You will have strong leadership and interpersonal skills, be able to set and achieve accurate targets and work within operating budgets. You will be confident and able to converse and influence individuals of elite levels. Relevant Tertiary qualifications essential.
