Our client, an Asian fund house, is looking for proven investment professionals with a focus on the Real Estate sector within Asia.
Job Description:
Originate, evaluate, execute and close real estate investment opportunities in Asia
Depending on experience, to lead a team to do due diligence, valuation, financial modeling, analysis and performance evaluation of real estate investments
Fund raising
Active monitoring and review of portfolio
Establish and cultivate relationships with companies, corporate partners and other relevant institutions
Travel will be required
Requirements:
Degree in Business / Economics / Finance / Accountancy / Real Estate
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience
Real estate investment experience is mandatory
Experience in REITs will be advantageous
Those with CFA will be preferred
Strong quantitative skills and proven analytical abilities
Strong in financial modelling skills
Willingness to travel
