Our client is a global leader in financial services, due to continued growth they are now looking for a Head of Graduate Recruitment to look after a major Business group throughout Asia Pacific.

Reporting to the Regional Head of Campus Recruitment you will be responsible for all intern, undergraduate and MBA recruitment for a front line Business function. Leading a team throughout the region you will be responsible for all planning and initiatives and will need to work direct with the Business Heads to plan the graduate process for the year. Working with the Regional and global Head of Campus you will need to look at current trends and plan for following years, looking at the structure of your team and understanding what you will need in place to achieve this. You will be managing a regional based team and will be directly responsible for their performance.

The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 8years recruitment experience with at least 4years spent working in a campus recruitment function inhouse. This is a senior level hire, and we need someone who is comfortable working with senior executives and who is able to plan and guide an annual process. Graduate experience is essential and someone who has Asia Pacific knowledge would be preferred, however candidates with strong Campus backgrounds will be considered from overseas if they can demonstrate an understanding of Asia and what it would take to succeed in a role like this. English is essential, with Cantonese or Mandarin being advantageous.
