Major US Insurance Company Looking for a Regional Tax Manager!
  • Work with global team to enhance tax function and improve worldwide tax planning
  • Prepare tax workbooks for SOX
  • Make filings to tax authorities related to transfer pricing and handling tax audits
  • Capital management
  • Work closely with statutory accounting team
  • Support tax filing for US, Japan, and South Korea
Requirements:
  • Fluent Japanese and English
  • Strong knowledge of US GAPP and US tax regulations
  • Significant international tax experience
  • CPA or Tax Certification strongly preferred
  • SOX experience preferred
