Privately held, small Investment Advisory & Trading firm servicing Hedge Funds and Money Managers seeks a hands-on Director to manage the firm’s Information Technology and 2 programmers.
The main mission, in addition to maintaining existing Research, Trade Processing & Execution and General Mgmt applications, will be to implement a High Frequency platform for Statistical Arbitrage and other Quantitative Trading strategies. Applicants should have: 7+ years experience with 2+ years of Management; hands-on abilities in Java, C++ and SQL; and knowledge of Portware, Flextrade or other automated trading software and protocols. Strong quantitative skills as well as having successfully built infrastructure for high frequency equity trading are MUSTS.
