Risk Advisory Services Business Performance Services (Job ref: SG/EFC/BPS/160608) Associate Director, Managers, Assistant Managers and Senior Associates

KPMG invites highly motivated and dynamic professionals to join our fast growing practice. We are looking for candidates with at least 3 years of relevant experience in various industries, with strong knowledge in the following domain / functional areas:

  • Organisation review and development;

  • People and change management;
  • Workforce planning and talent development;

  • Business planning and strategic advisory;

  • Business process analysis, improvement and implementation;

  • Finance function performance improvement and management;

  • IT strategic planning, portfolio management, and governance;

  • IT functional and technical requirements; and

  • Business intelligence, knowledge and performance management.

    In addition, you should be:

  • Tertiary / professionally qualified and able to work independently;

  • Resourceful, versatile, analytical and possess strong interpersonal skills;

  • Savvy in applying technologies to address business issues;

  • Equipped with excellent verbal and written business communication skills;

  • Proficient in project and change management practices; and

  • Willing to travel between 30-50 percent of the time as required.
