The Analyst role is to support on the origination and execution of all types of transaction.

* Activities range from: analysing individual securities, producing full-blown corporate cash flow models to understanding credit structures and documents in detail. * Responsible for compiling all relevant documentation for our internal investment process, procure all relevant information, interact with our counterparties and monitor our existing deals in detail. * Specific tasks will include: initial review of incoming investment proposals, bottom-up fundamental analysis, valuation of single and corporate assets, analysis of individual and portfolios of securities, preparation of internal investment memoranda, review of credit and deal documentation, and all aspects of deal execution as well as assisting with managing the portfolio and monitoring existing transactions on a daily basis.

Requirements: * A good understanding of both corporate finance and capital markets, and exposure to various product types will be useful. Prior real estate experience is not essential, but will be advantageous. * The ideal candidate will be a fast learner, feel comfortable with a range of analytical tasks and have high academic credentials. * A genuine self-starter, confident in their ability and able to act on initiative; able to operate in an environment with limited supervision and have a keen interest in producing original work. * It is important that this person is ambitious to take on new responsibilities and progress rapidly within the firm.
