Executive Director in the Structured Finance team of a leading European investment bank– Based in HK or Singapore

Our client is looking for a Director / Executive Director to join their Structured Finance team, with responsibility for the origination, structuring and execution of structured and often high yield financing.

Location: Singapore

Job Function

  • Candidate to be the senior team member covering Indian and Australian markets for high yield and hybrid financing deals.
  • This person will be responsible for the origination, structuring and execution of structured and often high yield financing.
  • He/she must have extensive knowledge of the DCM and ECM markets as well as a good grasp of derivative concepts.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for building and running the bank’s high yield financing business in Australia and India.

Requirements:

  • A senior banker with at least 10 years’ experience in structured and/or high yield finance
  • Strong relationships with companies in India
  • Able to originate structure and execute high yield deals
