It is an influential and substantial player in the provision of finance to the transport, infrastructure and logistics sectors globally and is considered one of the most respected arrangers of deals in the markets in which it is present. The bank has been increasingly active in the marketplace and is investing to demonstrate its commitment. The bank is now looking to leverage on this commitment by extending its coverage of the Transport Infrastructure sector globally.
Reporting to the Global Head of Division, opportunities exist at Director in various locations and will involve taking responsibility for the origination of advisory and arranger mandates across the banks product suite ranging from M&A to Senior debt and structured finance.
They are looking for high calibre candidates at Director level with the following profile:
Be motivated and credible;
Relish the opportunity to make a significant strategic contribution to the success of this increasingly high profile team;
Be able/prepared to take responsibility for all financing and/or advisory aspects of transactions in the Transport Infrastructure sector (Ports, Airports, Roads, Railroads) from the initial stages through to completion;
Candidates will have extensive relevant experience in the sector and will have wide ranging contacts within the sector and other banking institutions in this marketplace;
Strong negotiation skills.
Successful candidates/teams will currently be working in either a banking, advisory or the corporate strategy/treasury function of a leading player in the Transport Infrastructure sector.
