A 100-people Direct Marketing Company is currently looking for a to work in a variety of direct channels such as internet, e-mail, inbound, phone and mail.
This role will report to the Marketing & Customer Analytics Director and work closely with the Relationship/ Business Development Managers and Contact Centre Managers.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Manages all aspects of the planning and implementation of a direct marketing campaign
Use strategy and tactics to assure the achievement of the marketing campaign objectives and financial goals.
Conduct industry research and market analysis for market segments as well as strategic Business Partners.
Develop consumer and business insights based on market intelligence, consumer research & focus groups, customer analytics.
Designs a marketing concept and/or campaign for a business partner based on multi channel direct marketing campaign based on life cycle management aimed at acquisition, development, win back and retention phases (360 Marketing)
Develop detailed campaign plans for Business Partners and in-house database marketing to align with marketing strategy and conducts planning meetings.
Drives the profitability of the campaigns and the feasibility of future campaigns.
Collaborates with Business Partner on marketing plans, tests, and customer and marketing analysis.
Performs a variety of ad-hoc marketing and communication initiatives, as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
5+ years of direct marketing campaign management experience with an emphasis on technical/analytical skills required to drive campaigns in the financial services industry.
Must have direct marketing vendor management experience.
Background managing customer loyalty programs and privacy activities strongly preferred.
Excellent organizational skills with ability to operate on a wide range of topics and projects at one time
Team player with superior attention to detail
Good working knowledge of financial services products, dispersed sales organizations and marketing concepts
Proficient with Word, Excel, Powerpoint and database software.
Bachelor's Degree with 5-6 years marketing experience.
Solid knowledge of regulatory requirements as they relate to customer management programs (loyalty programs, lead generation, etc...)
Knowledge of compliance issues in the financial services industry (e.g., Privacy, Federal Do Not Call regulations, CAN SPAM Act, etc.).
Bachelor's Degree; MBA Preferred
Solid understanding of Business Principles and Marketing Methods
Financial, analytical and leadership skills
Excellent oral and written communications skills
Ideally, the perfect candidate would need a combination of technical skills, strong analytical ability and excellent international communications skills.
To be successful in this role, you will have a strong background in developing and executing marketing campaigns plans in either advertising agencies, direct marketing agencies or in similar positions in financial services, telecom or FMCG industries. You will also have project management skills, stakeholder management skills and attention to detail.
