Our Client is a Global Banking Identity and we have partnered them to hire a strong reference data management manager in the operations control department.
The reference data group will be responsible for timely set up and management of all clients account, as well as new instrument set up. Additional responsibilities include assessing KYC for new client process.
The ideal candidate should be able to challenge existing processes and procedures and suggest changes as necessary. You are adept with IT and capable of specifying business requirements for enhancements or replacements for existing or new applications.
Job Responsibilities
Lead 2 teams of operations staff in ensuring both client data management and product data management (Static & Dynamic Data)
Minimise losses/risk through exercising operational controls over procedures
Work closely with middle office, legal colleagues on compliance, internal/external auditors on processes and control
Constant review of existing work processes and systems. And look into improving through change management with specific project teams
Management reporting, monthly statistics, KPI of team
Hiring and training of team as necessary
Job Requirements
6 to 10 years Reference Data Operations experience
3 to 5 years managerial experience
Strong project experience (migration, process improvement etc)
Meticulous and Analytical, Able to identify necessary changes to improve processes
Leadership, Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
Currently in Singapore to attend interviews with Hays and with Hays’ Client
