Our client is an independent corporate finance house, which focuses on UK mid market transactions. The company is committed to furthering the growth of its presence in the UK corporate finance market, where it currently benefits from a good client portfolio and robust deal flow.
They cover a wide variety of sectors including healthcare, TMT, retail and financial services, working with private equity houses and corporate acquirers. The teams in the 4 UK offices have the experience, creativity and clarity of thought to make deals happen, and their services are always led by partners who have personally completed over 300 transactions worth an aggregate value in excess of €4 billion. Our client is a research based house with 25% of its staff engaged exclusively in research and deal origination. Recent hires at Partner and Associate level had led to the need for a 'deal leader' to join the team.
Candidates should have:
• Three to five years post qualified ACA experience, from a top ten chartered accountancy firm.
• Two to three years relevant experience in corporate finance, with good deal exposure and a detailed understanding of UK corporate finance regulations. Existing relationships with the private equity community is desirable.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a team orientated approach.
The remuneration includes a substantial basic package and performance related bonus.
