The role involves:
Defining and articulating client requirements, working with clients to help them understand where improvements could be made within a given business process
Proposing multiple scenarios and solutions to address these areas of improvement
Working with a team to implement the agreed solutions
Development of finance process training material and delivery of training
To qualify, you must have:
Experience of at least two phases of a finance implementation, preferably on different projects
Taken part in a detailed business process analysis project (‘As Is’ definition) and provided recommendations for the future process
Knowledge of the technologies or modules that underpin financial processes.
The ability to work in a team to deliver against the requirements of our clients
Understanding of the business reasons behind a finance transformation based on an ERP platform. Ability to convert these reasons into a business case rationale.
