The SAP Financial Service Area at Deloitte provides solutions and services to large national and multi-national clients. The SAP Financial Service area is a huge growth area for Deloitte, and owes much of its development to the exceptional track record that has been established with an enviable client base. Deloitte has over 5,800 professionals dedicated to SAP, and have been an SAP Partner since 1991. Key responsibilities as a Senior Manager in Financial Services will include: ? Leveraging business network for contacts in target market to generate leads. ? Successfully managing client engagements on time and within budget. ? Managing the development, content, and timely delivery of sales presentations linking client needs with the Firm's value proposition. ? Directing the team to provide exceptional service to the client by responding with a sense of urgency, practicality, accountability, integrity, and respect . ? Developing practitioners within the teams being managed ? Selling and delivering more services within the offering to a client Business transformation ? Exhibiting enthusiasm, positive professional attitude, and integrity, reliability, and leadership abilities. ? Involving self in client seminars and the production of marketing materials ? Contributing innovative solutions to resolve client needs and achieve differentiated client results. ? Using appropriate analysis, judgement, and experience to make sound business decisions in complex engagement situations . Knowledge of one of the following Financial Services industries would be ideal:- ? Retail Banking ? Wholesale/Investment Banking ? Insurance ? Leasing/Asset Finance ? Ideally Graduate / post graduate level ? Professional qualification e.g CIMA/ACCA A strong background and experience of working on business transformation projects enabled by SAP with at least 1 in the Financial Services sector as well as some SAP functional experience in one or more of the following areas: ? FI/CO ? Bank/Insurance Industry Solutions ? SEM/BW Significant Project management experience would be advantageous.
