Our client is a independent private equity firm that specializes in middle-market buyouts, growth buyouts and growth capital investments across the EMEA region.
They target investments of €30million to €150 million in companies with an enterprise value of €50 million to €500 million. Their experience as principals in the industry dates back to the early 90’s and demonstrates an ability to invest successfully over multiple market cycles throughout a spectrum of industries.
They are looking to add a high calibre individual to their TMT buyout group at Associate/ Vice President Level. The individual will have previous pan-European buyout experience and have completed a selection of successful buyouts across the sector.
