Main Tasks & Responsibilities

Planning & Budgeting

• Development of Corporate Finance division strategy

• Divisional organization (e.g. product vs. industry focus) – "one-time activity"

• Development of divisional budget in cooperation with Group head

• Development of budget, action plan, and targets in cooperation with department head

• Monitoring and control of department performance and target achievement (including performance review)

Daily Tasks

• Coordination of relationship management for key clients with Corporate Banking

• Acquisition, structuring, and completion of capital market transactions (e.g. debt and equity issuance)

. Cooperation with Equities and Fixed Income/FX/MM divisions in capital market transactions

• Acquisition, structuring, and completion of advisory mandates (M and A, restructuring)

. Cooperation with Structured Finance division for structured finance transactions (project finance, big-ticket leasing, syndicate loans, structured trade finance)

• Support/cooperation with other related divisions
