Reporting to the Head of Operations you will plan, direct and lead the credit function in Australia. You will drive a continuous improvement culture to achieve corporate lending and credit administration goals through exceptional customer service, process improvements and departmental risk controls and fulfil the requirements of the syndications function. Design and implement process improvement strategies to optimise results whilst ensuring full compliance with regulatory and policy requirements. You will ensure the supervision of Operational Risk, Internal Control standards and maintenance of Compliance standards.

Tertiary qualifications with several years of proven corporate lending and credit operations experience considered essential. The overall challenge of the role will be to improve the banks customer service proposition whilst at the same time reducing operational costs and maintaining adherence to group policies and procedures.
