Vice Presidents will provide a range of valuation advisory services specifically to private equity and hedge fund clients in assisting those clients with valuation issues surrounding their alternative investment positions. Vice Presidents will also provide a range of valuation advisory services to their clients’ underlying portfolio companies including business enterprise valuations, purchase price allocations and stock option valuations.
Responsibilities include: • Research - target industry, market and competitor information • Model Building - DCF models, comparable company models, stock option models, and intangible asset models • Report writing • Client Interviewing • Project management • Team building and mentoring
Requirements: • The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics or MBA • Minimum of 3 years of related work experience • Proven analytical and problem solving skills are required, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills
