The real estate financing team focuses on the provision of development financing to large UK property companies, predominantly involved in mid-sized transactions in the residential sector.
The business continues to grow, and wishes to hire experienced bankers in one of two roles:
Relationship Directors should have existing relationships developed from a career in the UK property market. Transacting Directors should be accomplished deal-doers, with a number of years' experience originating and executing similar transactions in this market.
As a guide, successful candidates are likely to have at least 7-10 years of relevant experience.
