REPORTING

Assist the Fund / Portfolio Manager in presenting to investors

Manage a Fund Analyst to prepare material for investor meetings

Coordinate with Investor Relation teams

Preparation of materials for quarterly Investor Committee presentations

ASSET MANAGEMENT

Work with Asset Management to recommend key decisions

Monitor performance of individual investments against the Business Plan and its targets

Liaising with internal teams to ensure ongoing knowledge of investment management, asset management and property management issues affecting the Fund

PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT

Liaising with internal teams covering fund level cash flow management and to ensure compliance, liquidity and foreign exchange risks are being satisfactorily managed

Ensuring there is no breach of the operating parameters / investment constraints of the Fund throughout the investment holding and divestment periods of the fund

ACQUSITIONS

Work closely with the Fund Manager & Performance Manager in assessing deals

Participation in the Emerging markets pipeline and Investment Committee meetings

THE INDIVIDUAL

A second European language would be ideal

Excellent interpersonal skills

Track record of delivery throughout career

Track record in similar environment would be ideal
