Investment Banking Operations: IB Operations is a dynamic and diverse division that ensures trades are settled in a timely, cost efficient manner, that risk is minimized and that the client experience is a pleasant one. Spread across multiple product areas (Derivatives, Securities, Global Finance & Foreign Exchange Operations, Loans, Trust and Securities, as well as cross functional entities) IB Operations strives to do things smarter, faster and more effectively. Job Description: · International Stock loan settlement in all markets. · Cash collateral/ Exposure Management · Non Cash collateral/ Exposure Management · DTCC Settlement, navigation of the prominent PTS functions utilized for settlement such as ART, POS, SETP, MSEG, DOAP, DOAD. · Processing bookkeeping entries in ADP, must be able to modify and review batches. · Liaise with MO and FO on trade discrepancies raised by clients and get resolution in a timely manner. · Review of daily work performed by DBOI India · Corporate Action Processing. · Research and reconciliation of Depot and Nostro breaks

Skills Required: · 7 to 10 years experience, directly relating to the International Stock Loan and the relevant industry systems. · Full understanding of prominent industry systems such as Global One, Pirum, Euclid PC and Equilend. · The ability to work under pressure dealing with large sums of money and restrictive time restraints. · Knowledge of SWIFT and settlement in all International markets.. · Knowledge of DTCC settlement functionality · Full knowledge of ADP, both BTS and CAGE, including SINR, MRGI, NEWB and the bookkeeping functions. · Good IT skills, such as Windows XP and Microsoft Word and Excel · Motivated and Positive · Excellent written and oral communication skills · Candidate must possess positive people/ client relationship skills. · The ability to work in a team environment in order to achieve group targets. · Excellent organizational skills. · Accountability, responsibility, solution and delivery focused · Experience organizing projects and preparing presentations for clients and business representatives. · Business flow knowledge and the ability to work with IT in order to analyze systems and suggest upgrades is a prerequisite for this position.
