The marketing team works with the Head of the FSI practice and his Executive group to develop and deliver marketing plans which focus on growing our accounts, responding to changes in the industry, and managing campaigns that result in revenue and the achievement of our desired market positioning. The FSI practice has ambitious growth plans and this role would be a core part of the team responsible for helping to achieve them.Role overviewWith a particular emphasis on the insurance sector, this role will involve supporting the marketing team on the implementation of marketing campaigns and co-ordinating the processes and administration required for the efficient running of the team. Reporting lineThis role reports to a marketing manager in the Financial Services Industry marketing team. There are currently 2 marketing managers and 2 marketing executives in the team. The marketing team report directly into the Partner in charge of the Financial Services Industry group at Deloitte. ResponsibilitiesTo provide support to the insurance marketing manager on delivery of the insurance marketing campaigns. Examples would include: managing a regular online newsletter for our clients in the insurance sector, managing the production of points of view documents and sending out to clients, pulling together lists of clients from our CRM system, organising events, developing the internal Insurance community by creating regular bulletins. Candidate will need to liaise and work with all members of the internal Insurance community from Partners to secretaries. To support further marketing initiatives across Financial Services eg production of collateral, generating events, database management, completion of account plans, compiling management information. To provide support to the team leader on managing team processes such as brochure stock management, intranet management and updates, website updates. To liaise with other internal functions such as PR, the web team and our in-house design studio in order to deliver effective marketing campaigns. To contribute from a marketing viewpoint to business initiatives and helping to gather information required for the financial services industry programme. Key Skills/Experience Required
