Remuneration: Profit Sharing
Our client has a well-known brand in the market traditionally providing consultancy, advisory services and providing transaction support services. They are beefing up their corporate finance/investment banking activities and are looking for investment bankers or experienced individuals in the capital markets environment, M&A, IPOs and structured finance.
The ideal candidate MUST HAVE:
1. A minimum of between 7 years in capital markets environment in Singapore (License Capital Market according to Singapore Ministry of Finance)
2. At least 3 Singapore IPOs (Leads Management)
3. The ability to handle a wide variety of transaction working in a team
4. The successful candidate is able to market services as well as carry through transaction execution and
5. Must have experience in deal execution and be familiar with Singapore regulations
(*)Corporate lawyers and auditors with requisite experience will also be considered.
Compensation will commensurate with experience; they have a profit sharing incentive scheme and have a sizable budget for compensation.
