Our client is a leading provider of flexible capital solutions for middle market borrowers thoughtout Europe. Their investment professionals take an investment view based on fundamental analysis and strategic insight.
They now seek to hire an Investment Director with the responsibility for leading the execution team in London and supporting the locally based originators.
The role entails undertaking fundamental analysis of potential borrowers to fully understand cash-flow, growth potential and any inherent risks to develop viable financing solutions. You will also price, structure and execute transactions, presenting to investment committee and driving deals through to completion.
Candidates should have at least 10 years experience with knowledge of the Italian middle market and strong structuring skills.
