SunTrust Banks, Inc. has an immediate need for an experienced Commercial Banking Team Manager in the Savannah, Georgia market.
This person will be responsible for managing team loan quality, deposit growth, documentation and collection of a designated team, industry or institutions commercial banking portfolio; including business development and compliance to ensure business objectives are attained and results are reported appropriately. Coaches and motivates Segment 1 and Segment 2 Relationship Managers to achieve the sale of loans, deposits, fees and 360 products/services. Monitors the combined sales to performance goals of assigned branches. Responsible for selection, development and performance management of direct reports. Manages 10 or more Relationship Manager's with an average portfolio size of $400MM-$1B

Minimum Requirements: Bachelors Degree Credit, TM, PWM and Sales Training Ability to manage a commercial banking team 8+ years of experience of commercial banking Graduate of a formal commercial banking credit program
