Manage the portfolio performance measurement team within a global investment manager.
Responsibilities:

  • Manage the portfolio measuring and benchmark returns
  • Create and provide performance measurement information for client reporting purposes.
  • Recruit and develop team of technical analysts
  • Oversee performance measurement technology applications
  • Assure compliance with the firm’s Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPS) framework

Requirements:

  • Seven to ten years experiences in performance measurement
  • Previous experience within an asset manager or buy side firm
  • Familiarity with Global Investment Performance Standards framework. CFA or CIPM preferred
  • Technically proficient across all asset classes and instruments, specifically fixed income and alternative fund attribution
  • Experience of building a performance measurement team both in terms of personnel and function.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities
