Our client is a leading independent European investor, actively investing through two complementary Funds: a €1.05 billion Mezzanine Fund, launched in October 2004 and a €1.25 billion Credit Opportunities Fund, launched in May 2007. They are seeking the addition of an Analyst.

The Analyst will work across both funds gaining generalist experience of both the Mezzanine and Credit Opportunities business.
  • Main facets of the role will involve attending bank presentations to gain an understanding of deals in the market, carrying out due diligence and credit analysis on those deals and then helping to prepare a case for credit/ investment committee.
  • Part of the role will also involve monitoring the assets in the portfoio to guage performance levels.

    In order to apply you will have gained relevant experience, possibly through internships, in either Leveraged Finance, Private Equity, Corporate Finance (M&A) or from a Hedge Fund

    • You will have good financial modelling skills.
    • Sectors of particular relevance are TMT, Leisure and Manufacturing.
    • Nordic and Southern European languages are useful but not mandatory.
    • Only candidates with very strong academics will be considered.
