Responsible for the completion of complex Requests for Proposal (RFPs) for investment management. Develops and enhances databases used to fulfil these types of requests Provides guidance throughout the RFP process to junior RFP Specialists. Recommends policies and procedures related to creation of RFPs to Management.

• Independently completes complex, as well as “standard” RFPs. • Develops new standard language, with input from Subject Matter Experts and Management. • Maintains RFP response databases. • Conducts complex data analysis, prepares and presents response materials. • Works closely with Sales to insure consistency between departments. • Manages various projects aimed at enhancing materials, streamlining processes and providing superior support. • Provides guidance to junior staff.

• Knowledge of investment management business’s products and services, and the Institutional marketplace.

• Ability to manage a project to completion.

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

• Excellent writing and proofreading skills.

• Strong interpersonal and client relations skills.

• Ability to work independently and to provide support to other team members.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and resourceful.

• Strong knowledge of RFP process.
