Provide mentoring and technical leadership in a team of 5 developers.
Exposure to financial industry, particularly to equities business, trading systems and the FIX protocol.
Messaging middleware, such as Tibco Rendezvous or EMS, MQ Series, WebMethods.
Minimum 8 years experience in complex, object-oriented software design and development, using C++ in a Unix/Linux environment.
Deep, detailed, hands-on knowledge of C++ is a must! The candidate must be expert in the following:
Design and development of multithreaded, transactional applications;
Templates, advanced frameworks and data structures, including XML;
Common libraries, development environments, tools and methodologies;
