KPMG's Integration Advisory Team works with both acquirers and vendors on pre-and post-deal Integration and Separation issues related to M&A or similar transactions. We work closely alongside our colleagues within KPMG's Transaction Services who conduct financial, commercial and operational due diligence, providing an integrated and value-adding service to our clients to help make their transactions successful.

Responsibilities:

Within Transaction Services, the integration Advisory team's mandate is to provide high-level advice on the management imperatives of an integration (or separation):

  • Evaluating the synergies to inform the deal price
  • Planning the integration pre and post close
  • Delivering the value of the deal through program management and benefits tracking

    Experience:

  • Strong academic background preferably with an MBA
  • Ideal applicant should come from a consulting and/ or corporate background with hands-on experience in running/ managing a number of integration or separation program or significant elements of them
  • Demonstrated a strong passion for working in the deal environment and be comfortable with the ambiguity, pressure and unpredictability involved in integration and separation
  • Strong commercial and financial analytic skills
