A top tier real estate focused investment research firm is aggressively seeking an experience equity research associate for their growing team. The Senior Research Associate must have at least two years of experience on the sellside, a strong knowledge of the buyside community, strong references from both sellside and buyside personnel, and is highly motivated to advance into a senior analyst role. The ideal candidate also has excellent writing and communication skills, a strong background in finance most likely with an MBA or CFA, and experience working well with a large multi-faceted research team. Our client has an excellent industry reputation and is offering a competitive compensation plan.
