A top tier real estate focused investment research firm is aggressively seeking an experience equity research analyst. The Senior Analyst must have at least four years of experience on the sellside covering the REITS industry, a strong following by the buyside community and a history of recognized success by publications like Institutional Investor. The ideal candidate also has excellent writing and communication skills, a strong background in finance most likely with an MBA or CFA, and experience working well with a large multi-faceted research team.
