Our client an offshore bank is currently seeking suitable candidates for a team lead role.

Responsibilities :

Reporting to the Head of Corporate

Banking Department, you will, base on the Bank’s policies and directions, focus on business development strategies targeted at corporate customers and products to achieve profitable revenue growth set by the Management, while minimising credit risks.

You will liaise with the credit team to design financial solutions to meet the needs of customers and market the Bank’s products and services towards providing comprehensive solutions for their businesses.

Requirements :

A recognised University Degree or professional qualifications with at least 8 years’ banking experience in serving SMEs/MNCs corporate accounts.

A strong network of business contacts is required.

Experience in managing a multi-functional marketing team, motivate and drive staff in different disciplines as well as coach and guide individuals, gaining their support and commitment towards goals achievement.

Possess a strategic mindset with keen attention to detail and the ability to follow through with precision.

Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to adapt to change will be an advantage.

Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese so as to communicate with Chinese-speaking customers.
