Our client is a leading local bank looking for an experienced branch manager with the following attributes and skillsets.

Roles and Responsibilities :
•  Manage, coach and motivate the staff at the Branch to achieve the challenging sales targets of financial products
•  Deliver stringent service quality standards at the Branch
•  Manage operations risk

Reporting to : •  Head, Branch

Banking Requirements :
•  University degree
•  At least 5 years' experience in the banking and financial services industry with a strong track record in financial product sales
•  Strong interpersonal communication skills in English and Mandarin
•  Possess initiative, drive and ability to work independently as well as in a team
