Senior equity analyst specializing in property/real estate companies/funds to join well-established team of portfolio managers and analysts.
Our client is a well-established global asset manager with AUM exceeding £13 billion. The London-based team of multi-asset specialists is seeking to hire a senior property/real estate analyst to join their 10-strong existing team of professionals. Ideal candidates will have in the region of 2-5 years relevant experience in institutional property/real estate analysis and/or transaction experience. Alternatively some qualified candidates may have experience in a Fund of Funds or multi-manager context with significant exposure to property funds selection and investing. Candidates will ideally have one of the following qualifications: CFA, Chartered Surveyor, Chartered Accountant or similar qualification.
