My client specializes in acquisitions, divestments, JVs and other forms of strategic alliances. They provide corporate finance services in situations involving restructuring, debt advisory and business valuation. They undertake strategic assessment studies to help clients understand where the best opportunities for strategic investments might lie.
They are looking for a Managing Director to take care of Deal sourcing as well as Deal Execution.
