An international leading Bank has a position for a Sales Structuring Manger. This is a key role to address and resolve all issues which affect the ability of Fixed Income Sales to deliver quality products, driven by client needs, at a competitive market price.
The Bank is well established in the UAE and has an extensive global network of more than 600 offices in over 50 countries.
They have three principle business groups, these are Global Markets, Personal Banking and Corporate and Institutional Banking.
The job will be based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates or Qatar, although some travel across the Middle East maybe required.

Key responsibilities
Idea Generation -The team will generate structured trade ideas based on market timing and client views.
Professional Communication- responsibility to ensure that term sheets are of a consistent, high standard with relevant scenario analyses.
Client Presentations- to make professional product presentations to clients along with sales person when required.
FI Sales Product Skills- responsible for ensuring that the sales teams’ product knowledge and skills always lead our product capability and keeping our partners informed on Financial Markets products.
Market Intelligence /BTB Trades- spotting any market opportunity where, even if we don’t have the risk management capability, we can BTB the risk and exploit the “early mover” advantage.
Feedback/ Product Prioritization- represent Fixed Income Sales on products.
Deal Teams- involvement in on large complex deals such as those involving Project Finance, Structured Trade Finance etc.

3. To the transfer of product and technical knowledge through training of Sales teams in MENA
4. Working closely with other sales structuring teams globally
You will be in a similar role and have an excellent knowledge of Fixed Income Products and of BTB market trades. You will be a driven individual with excellent English skills both spoken and written, Arabic an advantage.
