BlackRock Solutions employs approximately 1000 people worldwide, offering a broad range of tools and services from risk analytics to highly sophisticated enterprise investment systems, in the form of the Aladdin product. Responsibilities:

The Windows Desktop Management group sits within the Global Technology Infrastructure function and is a core part of the technology services offered to clients of BlackRock Solutions, managing the desktops and application portfolio used by the entire organisation.

This is a new role based in the Edinburgh Office. The new team member will work in conjunction with the existing EMEA Desktop Management team based within the London office and also with other members of the Global Desktop Management team.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain further exposure to cutting edge windows desktop technologies and play a key role in the future engineering of the global desktop environment.

There will be a requirement for out of hours support and on-call support.
