BNP Paribas Fund Services, subsidiary of BNP Paribas Securities Services - Luxembourg Branch, has an immediate opening for an experienced professional according to the following profile
Transfer Agency / Fund Administration Project Manager
Function:
manage or participate to European Transfer Agency and/or Fund Administration projects
analyse and review current processes in liaison with operational departments
coordinate the contact between clients, operational departments and technical service providers
estimate project rationales
issue functional specifications, business requirements for multi-locations projects
organise, perform and report the platform testing regarding providers’ deliveries
ensure platform reliability and scalability
organise and provide system training sessions across locations
ensure production support in close relationship with training officers and local advisors.
Profile:
minimum of 3 years experience in the investment fund industry (Transfer Agency and / or Fund Administration) with solid project management skills
excellent analytical, organisational & communication skills
fluency in written and spoken English is essential. Additional European languages would be considered as an advantage
a good working knowledge of MultiFonds would be appreciated
