Leading London based Private Equity company, seek to recruit an Investment Performance Controller to join its expanding Finance Department.
This challenging role reports directly into the Finance Director and is reposible for the following:
1. To direct and motivate a team responsible for monitoring all aspects of investment performance. 2. Defining and developing a pro active post investment monitoring function. 3. Contribute to the development and strategic direction of the Finance Department. 4. To direct ad hoc projects as they arise.
The successful candidate will be ACA qualified (or equivalent), have an excellent academic record and will be able to demonstrate proven managerial skills. Accuracy and attention to detail are pre requisites for this role. Whilst private equity knowledge is not essential the candidate must have strong fund analysis and performace management experience within a finance function ideally within financial services.
